A Few Ways to Stay Heart Healthy and Help Avoid A Heart Attack:
- Leading a healthy lifestyle- exercising at least 30 minutes per day and eating a heart-healthy diet, while staying away from foods that include saturated fats, such as red meat, saturated fats and deep-fried foods
- Watching your weight
- Not smoking or chewing tobacco
- Trying to manage stress in a healthy manner
